The purpose of this functional requirements document is to comprehensively define the functional requirements of EntirelyTeachers project. This document will serve as the ground of common understanding between client and the software development team.
Product description
Entirely Teachers is Uber for Schools and Colleges. The application will allow schools anduniversities to search for substitute teachers in a specific area for short and long-termreplacement for different subjects. The teachers and schools/college registered in the portal are verified and approved by a system administrator. The idea is to link schools/college with teachers for physical teaching appointment for a period of time.The goal is to make it easy for the school/collegeusing ‘EntirelyTeachers’ app to find substitutes in the middle of the night or early in the morning when there is no time to waste
System Description
The system will have a web application that contains the registration component and admin panel. Once the users have registered themselves on EntirelyTeachers, they will be able to use the EntirelyTeachers platform through the mobile application. Both, mobile and web application insert, retrieve and modify data in the shared database
Development Platform
PHP Laravel for web and admin panel, My SQL for database, IONIC for hybrid mobile app (IOS and Android versions)
